Delivery Location
At the moment, we only ships to US customers only.
There is also a possibility that we can not ship to where you are locate as the United State is big.If you happen to be located in one of those places, we will contact you.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free free when order are over $39, which means all our products are free shipping.
However, if your order is less than $39, there will be a flat fee $4.9
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If your order is a special gift for someone, please leave a message when you order it and we will endeavor to get it delivered to you ASAP.

Estimated delivery time
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!
Due to our offers’ popularity, please allow an estimated 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product).
Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
Accurate Delivery Address
You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Tracking information is also available within your Groomest customer account.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items
If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue. Also, to be sure, please double-check the surrounding area where it could have potentially been delivered and with your neighbors.
If your order is damaged, please contact us within one business day of receipt to report it to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.
