No, we mainly sell pet grooming tools, including pet hair clippers, pet nail grinders, accessories, etc.

Payment Questions

We currently accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.

We do not offer discount codes at the moment; however, we do run special promotions through our newsletter list from time to time. If you would like to hear about promotions first, please subscribe to our newsletter on this page’s footer.

Order Questions

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email for any reason, please let us know by emailing [email protected]. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Cancellations can be made before the product is dispatched. You can log in to your account on our website, make a cancellation or send an email to [email protected] to ask for help.

Shipping & Tracking Questions

No, we only ship to USA locally. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

Free shipping on all orders over $39.
$4.95 flat rate for orders lower than $39.

Please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA (varies from product to product). If the shipping time is unaccepted, orders can be canceled before shipping. 

When there is anything wrong, do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
If the items haven’t been shipped, we could easily correct it when you email us in time.
If the items ship out, we will contact the shipping company to fix the problem.

Warranty Questions

All of our products (consumable products not included) enjoy at least 1 years warranty. You can check the exact details on the product page or know it from the packaging. We will fix or replace any products under warranty.

Returns & Refunds Questions

We guarantee you 30 days money back. All the items below will get a full refund.
  • In original condition(resell-able)
  • In original packaging.
  • Unused or undamaged.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please email [email protected] to know the exact return address and shipping label.

Even though our workers are careful about the package, damage may occur in transit. We promise to resend a completely new one. Please do get in touch with us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your delivery.
We keep a very close eye and pursue to send every item to the right owner. However, if you found the products are exactly what you want, do not hesitate to contact us to replace them. Thanks for your support.

The fund will return to your card that you used to pay the order. Please allow 3~5 days for the fund to show in your account.

It takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is issued to a credit card, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
